Terms & Conditions
A. The student has to have the first free lesson before booking regular lessons.
B. Once the lessons date and time is arranged you will pay monthly and we will email you monthly invoices for the lesson fee. If you want to change the day and time you will have to let us know in advance.
C. Rearrangement can be made for the school holidays in advance.
D. The forms of payment accepted for lessons are bank transfer or PayPal.
E. We are unable to accept cash, credit card or cheques as a form of payment.
- You will always receive an invoice email for the amount payable 5 days before the collection date which will be at the start of each month.
- We will send a reminder text invoice when the invoice email has been sent. This will go to everyone.
- If the case that the money is not transferred by the collection date, we will send a reminder email and phone call. If we hear nothing then the student will be assumed to be stopping lessons and that slot may be offered to another student.
F. The monthly payments will vary depending on the number of lessons in each month term.
G. In the event that we are unable to teach due to illness/emergency situation, then we will let you know asap by a phone call and email. The lesson will be rearranged or refunded if it cannot be rearrange.
H. In the event that a student is unable to attend their lesson, please notify us of your absence. If its 24hours before the lesson then you maybe charged but where applicable we will try to rearrange that lesson on a short notice.
- Under no circumstances will non-attendance result in the student be credited or refunded.
- If a student is unable to attend multiple lessons due to illness or a change in situation we need to be notified 48 hours in advance. It is taken on a case-by-case basis whether the lessons will take place or be refunded.
I. If a student is unable to continue with lessons that have already been paid for, we will try our best to refund the lessons that have not been used however we are under no liability to refund the lessons that have not been used.
J. We will make any reasonable adjustments to ensure that all students are able to receive piano lessons.
K. We reserve the right to terminate lessons if it consists of verbal, physical or emotional abuse.
- Any outstanding lessons will be refunded at the company's discretion.
L. We also reserve the right to terminate lessons if we feel that the attendance of lessons is detrimental to a student’s physical or emotional wellbeing.
